Brentwood Dog-Friendly Xeroscape
The owners of this charming Brentwood home needed a landscape design that was not only low-maintenance, but was something that would be durable for their two large dogs. So we filled the garden with low-maintenance succulents and replaced the grass with gravel, rocks and broken concrete. The other challenge we had was eliminating the look of the overgrown Ivy in front, without losing the traffic noise cushion it provided. So we killed the Ivy leaving only the hardened branches that we used as a trellis for Morning Glory, Jasmine & Bougainvillea. Simple solutions that are functional and look great!
